• Question handling: respond clearly to questions on spatial logic and terminology.
• Trainer/QA activation management: engage inactive contributors and track availability.
• Documentation: create and maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs, and quality notes.
• Onboarding and training: run sessions explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of review guidelines as projects evolve.
• Risk review: flag unsafe or misleading recommendations.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
