Job summary

DH Glabe & Associates seeks a qualified structural engineer to join the team. The role allows remote work with an office near or in the posting city, supporting a variety of projects across structural niches.

The candidate will conduct design and investigation of heavy civil and large commercial structures, coordinate with clients, and participate in site visits and inspections from inception to completion. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Risa, and MS Office is required; SolidWorks/FEA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Civil/Structural or related Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years minimum post-graduation experience at a professional engineering firm (not internships).
• E.I. or P.E. licensure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2016 or later version.
• Experience with Risa 2D/3D or similar.
• Solidworks or similar FEA experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineering work for heavy civil and large commercial structures.
