Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategic planning for OneHome's growth agenda and roadmaps.
• Develop framework and perform opportunity evaluations using research and interviews.
• Assess new opportunities for value, feasibility, and impact on outcomes.
• Refine strategic recommendations and high-level product roadmaps with partners.
• Support governance of the portfolio, prioritization, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate programs, manage deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
• Develop executive dashboards, leadership briefings, and Board materials.
