Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting.
• Two or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with analytics and use of data.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Organizational strategic planning - Lead strategic planning efforts that define OneHome's long-term growth agenda and translate vision into executable priorities.
• Framework development – Gain insights through research and analytics to identify opportunities and close gaps in business and operations.
• Opportunity evaluation – Assess new opportunities for value and feasibility in driving outcomes and growth.
• Concept development – Refine strategic recommendations and goals with high-level product requirements and roadmaps.
• Portfolio management & governance – Establish prioritization frameworks and report on initiative performance and risks.
• Program management – Coordinate teams to develop recommendations and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Executive storytelling & strategic communications – Develop dashboards, briefings, and board materials to support decision-making.
