Job summary
Hire Feed is seeking an Independent Consultant to lead client engagements from scoping to delivery in a fully remote setting. You will diagnose issues, craft strategic recommendations, and implement solutions across diverse projects.
You'll build models and decision tools, run executive workshops, and present outcomes to leadership while nurturing client relationships and uncovering follow-on work. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5 years in management consulting or equivalent operating experience.
- Track record of delivering high-impact client engagements.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
- Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses and develop strategic recommendations.
- Build models, frameworks, and decision tools tailored to each client.
- Run executive workshops and present recommendations to client leadership.
- Manage client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
- Contribute to firm IP and methodology development.
