Job summary

Finn Partners is seeking an experienced Strategy Director to join our Strategy and Insights team. You will co-own practice growth, lead multi-stream engagements, and mentor rising strategists. You will report to the Head of Strategy and operate with autonomy across integrated departments to drive business impact.

You will identify organic growth opportunities, lead strategic direction in new pitches, and sit at the executive table to clarify goals and drive the strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12+ years of strategy experience in an integrated marketing agency environment.
• Public speaking, strategic storytelling, and executive advisory skills.
• Experience guiding B2B initiatives in regulated industries; tech, health, finance, manufacturing.
• Autonomy to juggle deadlines across multiple multi-layer workstreams.
• Integrated marketing focus with paid and owned channel ecosystems; modern tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving revenue and agency growth through organic expansion and new pitches.
• Represent strategy on internal client leadership teams and map objectives with cross-functional leads.
• Lead client strategy as the strategic anchor for multiple accounts.
• Orchestrate cross-channel deployments translating strategy into multi-channel campaigns.
• Build reusable frameworks for agency-wide strategy development and content systems.
• Synthesize complex intelligence from diverse inputs to strengthen brand insights.
• Develop talent and culture by mentoring strategists and defining standards.
