Job summary

Ethos is seeking strategy and corporate development managers to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine board materials and executive summaries for live transactions, with 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company and expert-level PowerPoint skills.

This is a fully remote, part-time role (5–20 hours/week) with compensation at $100/hour and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.
