This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week and a $100/hour compensation, requiring 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Enhance slide decks for target screening, synergy analysis, integration planning, and pipeline reviews.
