Humana Inc. seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor to provide data-driven strategic direction and support for Medicare/Medicaid initiatives. You will work with national operations teams to advance strategic priorities, develop opportunity cases, and lead projects end-to-end while driving cross-enterprise collaboration.

The role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to influence change in a matrixed organization, with travel to Illinois offices as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years managing large-scale projects.
• At least three years of experience executing strategy from conception to implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for minutes, reports, and updates.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Dual SNPS or Medicaid.
• Proven collaboration and facilitation to lead project teams through lifecycle.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills to drive solutions.
• Proven ability to drive change in a matrixed organization using data.
• Willingness to travel to Illinois office and for meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
• Support priority health plan and care delivery integration workstreams for key contracts and strategy.
• Collaborate with national Medicare/Medicaid teams to support strategic priorities.
• Educate market leaders on strategy and targeted outcomes; assist with presentations and change management.
• Lead projects end-to-end and develop opportunity cases with cross-enterprise impact.
• Understand build-measure-learn framework and manage program learning agendas.
