Humana Inc. seeks an experienced Strategy Advancement Advisor to deconstruct issues, conduct targeted research, and craft actionable recommendations.

You will shape Medicare Advantage strategy development and oversee implementation considerations with business owners, collaborating with executives and leaders across Humana. You will analyze growth opportunities, marketing and product investment trade-offs, and develop deep consumer and competitor insights to support enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4-6+ years in strategy development and/or consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain trust with business leaders.
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented working style.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsabilités

• Managing analysis and work streams within high-profile strategy projects.
• Leading interviews and sessions with Medicare/Medicaid leaders and cross-org teams.
• Conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis.
• Scoping and analyzing customer and broker research to derive insights.
• Creating high-quality analysis and deliverables that frame objectives and recommendations.
• Collaborating with team members and leaders across Humana.
