Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor to support Medicare and Medicaid growth initiatives, deconstruct issues, perform targeted research, and craft actionable solutions. You will help shape implementation with business owners and Humana’s Executive Management Team.

This role focuses on Medicare enrollment growth strategy and investment optimization, developing frameworks for marketing, sales, and product trade-offs informed by consumer and provider dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 4-6+ years in strategy development and/or consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative/qualitative analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing analysis and/or work streams within high-profile, high-impact strategy projects.
• Leading interviews and working sessions with Medicare/Medicaid leaders and across the organization.
• Conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis.
• Scoping and analyzing customer and broker research for strategic insights.
• Creating high-quality analysis and deliverables with clear findings and recommendations.
• Collaborating across the company with team members and leaders.
