Job summary

Dentsu in the United States (New York) is seeking a visionary Strategic Business Designer to drive international growth and organizational evolution within the BX Team. You will blend management consulting rigor with human-centric product design to translate market data into compelling narratives that win senior buy-in.

Working with cross-functional product and engineering teams, you will shape digital media product strategies, codify the BX body of work, and scale cross-border revenue streams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy
• University degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or Media Studies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic client engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead BX on global pitches and new-business pursuits.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships at C-suite levels (CFO/CEO/CMO).
• Codify the BX body of work into frameworks and assets.
• Partner with product and engineering to drive discovery and design of digital media products.
• Translate transformation roadmaps and data into a clear internal narrative.
• Develop and maintain BX signature assets and case studies.
