Responsibilities

Lead and manage ongoing client relationships and pharmacy benefit analysis.
Collaborate on strategy as outward-facing resources for assigned accounts; direct client contact for large/complex accounts.
Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions to implement client systems and address needs.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Specialty program including escalation, reporting, data and KPI reviews.
Support clinical strategies, patient care initiatives, and quality improvements.
Prepare quarterly business reviews detailing pipeline tracking, forecasting and KPI analysis.
