Job summary

LogicSource is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Design & Construction (D&C) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead sourcing events, analyze the Capital Delivery Supply Chain, and drive value through cost savings and improved supplier performance.

The role reports to the Managing Director, Sourcing & Procurement, and operates within our COE framework. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage complex negotiations, and evolve procurement playbooks to optimize D&C

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement with deep Design & Construction expertise.
• Experience building category strategies and managing complex negotiations.
• Proven ability to drive change and gain stakeholder alignment across business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events including RFx, negotiations, and awards.
• Analyze Capital Delivery Supply Chain opportunities and present client-ready options.
• Drive TCO-focused cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Manage spend, data, and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Lead vendor market reviews and contractor negotiations across D&C workstreams.
• Collaborate with COE category experts to benchmark and optimize sourcing.
• Support development of procurement playbooks for Capital Delivery.
