Merkle, part of the dentsu family, invites a Lead Solutions Architect to partner with top brands and drive digital transformation. You will lead discovery workshops, shape strategy, and design future-state solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud and related Martech ecosystems.

The role focuses on translating technical findings into business value, building strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with sales teams to grow licensing and opportunities. Location: USA - Remote - New York.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise transformation leadership.
• Proven background leading discovery workshops and executive stakeholder conversations.
• Experience building business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of customer data, marketing tech, analytics, and DX platforms.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery & Shape Strategy by engaging executives and stakeholders.
• Assess maturity, challenges, and capability gaps to define path to value.
• Design Future-State Solutions and strategic roadmaps across Adobe ecosystems.
• Create compelling presentations, diagrams, and business cases.
• Quantify value through ROI, efficiency gains, and time-to-market improvements.
