This role leads SRG’s influencer and creator programs, develops organic and paid social content strategies, and partners with the paid social team to ensure content and media work together across client engagements.

Open to remote work from CO, CA, IL, ME, MN, MO, or TX, aligning with the office in Boulder, CO. 4+ years of social media experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media experience with influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, creator ecosystems, and social trends.
• Experience developing and managing influencer and creator programs.
• Ability to develop clear, compelling organic social and content strategies.
• Strong understanding of paid social and how media can amplify content and creator strategies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working across disciplines and multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer and creator strategy across SRG programs from concept to execution.
• Develop organic social strategies, channel recommendations, content pillars, and editorial approaches.
• Partner with SRG’s paid social team to integrate content and media across campaigns.
