Technical Assent is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Consultant to support the Department of War SCRM-IC in Alexandria, VA. You will lead risk analysis, governance support, and the development of risk controls, coordinating with government stakeholders and the Technical Assent team.

This role requires strong analytical writing, policy experience, and the ability to advance enterprise SCRM initiatives, including planning, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical expertise across logistics to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of DoW-level policy and guidance related to SCRM.
• Analyze DoW authorities and legislative relevance to SCRM; draft proposals as needed.
• Support enterprise SCRM planning, POAMs, and timelines for activities.
• Integrate risk controls into supply chain and materiel management processes.
• Prepare decision-quality written and presentation materials for government leads.
