For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will drive the end-to-end execution of technical delivery work that supports advanced AI development initiatives. The position is focused on coordinating engineering workflows, translating objectives into clear execution plans, and improving the reliability and efficiency of operational processes. You will partner closely with technical experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, scalability, and continuous improvement across delivery efforts.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $300,000 – $500,000 annually
