Quadra Group is seeking a Product Manager for Food & Nutrition to lead a growth-focused portfolio across North America. This role combines product management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and commercial leadership to deliver profitable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Business Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial, sales, or business development within Food & Nutrition, incl. 3 years in product/ category management, sourcing, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, market trends, supply chain dynamics, and customer needs.
• Established network of industry contacts, customers, and supplier partners.
• Proven ability to develop market strategies and growth initiatives with measurable results.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce or CRM is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels and work independently; travel up to 40% across NA and internationally.

Responsabilidades
