Job summary

i360technologies seeks an SPM, Governance & OCM Analyst to support the Federal Government Agency on the FTOA program. The role blends strategy governance with training and change management, focusing on capability alignment, requirements development, and SOP documentation.

The position is remote/contractor-based with possible facility access; candidates should have federal process experience and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and develop financial management procedural documents.
• Ability to interpret authorities to develop policy, regulations, and directives.
• Strong written and oral communication for government audiences and training.
• Experience with portfolio management, IT governance, or organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Assess current agency capabilities and gaps against strategic priorities and objectives.
• Develop requirements and analyses of alternatives to close gaps.
• Assist in designing the SPM roadmap and governance processes, standards, and metrics.
• Develop briefing papers and materials, and support governance board operations and risk tracking.
• Create training strategies, curricula, materials, and job aids; conduct needs assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; support OCM activities and transition planning.
