Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, leadership, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful conversations.
• Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
• Demonstrate sound professional judgment working with established systems and frameworks.
• Be comfortable with a performance-based income structure rather than a fixed salary.
• Be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
