Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a strategic Head of Partnerships to build and manage a network of compute providers, AI labs, OEMs and data centers across North America. You will own the partnership lifecycle from sourcing to renewal, driving revenue and platform adoption.

In a fast-growing startup environment, you will design scalable programs, align cross-functional teams, and negotiate high-value agreements, while shaping the future of Andromeda's partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating and closing high-value strategic partnerships in compute, cloud, or AI.
• Strong deal-making and operational execution across the full lifecycle.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Deep familiarity with compute ecosystem and partner types.
• Ability to build scalable partnerships programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and ongoing management.
• Create distribution partnerships with GPU cluster providers to access demand network.
• Develop partnerships with VC funds and accelerators to channel compute needs to Andromeda.
• Identify, structure, and close strategic agreements with AI labs, OEMs, data centers.
• Define compelling value propositions for each partner type.
• Own KPI frameworks for revenue, utilization, and growth.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with infrastructure, sales, and tech teams.
• Build processes and playbooks for a scalable partnerships function.
