Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from prospective searchers and investors, ensuring prompt, professional handling.
• Maintain CRM records to keep pipeline and relationships accurate and accessible.
• Organize financial documents to create a reliable source of truth for decision making.
• Support deal-flow operations by tracking opportunities and follow-ups across the pipeline.
• Coordinate leadership schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Identify upcoming needs and own follow-ups without constant direction.
• Research opportunities and prepare concise summaries for internal review.
• Develop repeatable workflows and checklists to improve efficiency.
• Use AI tools to summarize information and streamline recurring tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements for scale.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
