• Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and associated financial models
• Guide development of geographically competitive, broad access, stable networks that achieve unit cost objectives
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts focused on hospitals, clinics, and ancillary providers
• Forecast and plan resource requirements
• Authorize deviations from standards
• Demonstrate expertise in provider network functions in a fast-paced environment
• Take initiative and use problem-solving skills for issue resolution
• Work independently with minimal instruction
• Be attentive to detail, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines
• Analyze information from various sources and prioritize/concurrent initiatives
