Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, a Quanta Services unit, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive creative design, digital campaigns, and internal communications across offices and field locations. The role emphasizes brand consistency, employee engagement, and recruiting support.

You will translate business needs into visual materials, coordinate campaigns, and manage digital channels, with a preference for Houston-area work but the position may be remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Proven track record in graphic design, marketing, digital communications, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design and digital creative work.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and WordPress.
• Strong editing, copywriting, and concise communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including presentations, brochures, infographics, and recruitment materials.
• Lead campaign development and execution across channels including social, email, and web.
• Coordinate internal communications calendars and collaborate with HR and leadership.
• Maintain and improve company website UX through WordPress and design tools.
• Support employee engagement campaigns, recruitment marketing, and brand consistency.
• Track performance and adjust creative and messaging to optimize outcomes.
