Dashiell is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support branding, employee communications, and campaigns. You will translate business needs into visually compelling materials, coordinate internal channels, and assist digital marketing efforts across multiple departments.

The role emphasizes internal communications, social media, and website updates, with a preference for Houston-based work. Collaboration with HR, Safety, Sales, and IT is key.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design/communication field and relevant work experience.
• Minimum five years in graphic design, marketing, digital communications, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and digital work.
• Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels and measuring impact.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress required.
• Experience with UX concepts and social media scheduling/analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver digital and print materials for campaigns and internal communications.
• Develop campaigns targeting safety, recruiting, and customer marketing goals.
• Coordinate internal communications calendars and newsletters.
• Maintain company website pages and lead UX improvements.
• Manage social media calendars and create platform-specific visuals.
• Produce visuals for events, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
