Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action, or 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems; ability to take a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools/tech.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to inform and influence.
• Experience leading functional teams and projects.
• Proficiency in SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, etc.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency with Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial support/reporting activities and projects with timelines across departments.
• Mentor staff and handle escalated issues when needed.
