Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Principal to lead and control our financial reporting strategy and insights for senior management. You will oversee reporting processes, accuracy, and timeliness while guiding cross-functional teams in a large organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 5 years accounting and reporting experience, and 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication and project-management skills; CPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 2 years supervisor and leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous groups throughout a large organization.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
