Job summary

LyondellBasellis is seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in Recreation Vehicles, Energy Infrastructure, and Rigid Components. The role focuses on developing market strategies and acting as a SME across business segments.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to identify opportunities, build key accounts, and lead cross-functional initiatives, including sustainability efforts. Up to 60% travel is required, with a remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years in related field.
• 5+ years in commercial or technical role in consumer marketspace (B-B sales).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic growth roadmap for market space, identifying new applications, needs, and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to execute the growth plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at customers.
• Lead cross-functional project teams on new material developments and sustainability initiatives.
• Translate successes across OEMs/Tier molders into marketplace wins.
