Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a Strategy Consultant to work with senior leadership on growth, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. You will translate data into actionable strategies, manage multiple projects, and present findings to executives.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, plus experience with financial analyses and dashboards. Hybrid work is available with remote options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, strategy, consulting or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business data and market insights into practical strategies.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to create short- and long-term plans.
• Identify growth opportunities in markets, segments, products, and competition.
• Improve operations by assessing processes and recommending efficiency gains.
• Build structured business cases and financial analyses for initiatives.
