Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support growth, strategic planning, operational improvement, and business transformation initiatives with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires analytical problem solving, strong communication, and project management, translating data and market insights into practical strategies while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, strategy or related field.
3–7 years of strategy consulting or related experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with market, competitive, or financial analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic recommendations from objectives and market data.
Conduct business analysis of financial, operational, customer, and market information.
Support strategic planning with leadership for short- and long-term plans.
Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and customers.
