Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-administration, finance, economics, management, strategy, consulting, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business data and market insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, markets, and data.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to build short- and long-term plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments, products, and services.
• Improve operations by assessing processes and recommending efficiency gains.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
