Job summary

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Business Financial Manager to provide financial, operational, administrative, and program coordination support to the Proactive Health Office within ARPA-H.

You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and compliance to sustain mission-driven projects and ensure effective stewardship of resources. The role requires collaboration with program teams, development of funding documentation, and timely analysis of financial performance to guide

Qualifications

• Experience providing financial, budgetary, and administrative support within a government environment.
• Experience developing, forecasting, managing, and maintaining budgets, including tracking milestones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support to R&D programs, including budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct financial planning, execution, tracking, analysis, and reporting; budget development and funding management of project funding.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions for resource stewardship.
• Support program execution through solicitation development, milestone tracking, scheduling, meetings, and documentation management.
