Culture Index is seeking accomplished executives, business leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurs who want to build something of their own while advising CEOs and executive teams across the country.

As a Strategic Executive Advisor, you will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, develop executive relationships, and become a trusted advisor to CEOs, owners, and senior leadership teams, with independence and support from our platform and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive leadership roles.
• Experience selling to CEOs and senior leadership.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a client portfolio through executive networking and referrals.
• Advise CEOs, owners, presidents, and senior leaders on hiring, leadership and growth.
• Apply behavioral analytics to guide people decisions and organizational alignment.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with client organizations and leadership teams.
