Culture Index is seeking accomplished executives, business leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurs who want to build something of their own while advising CEOs and executive teams across the country.

As a Strategic Executive Advisor, you will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, develop executive relationships, and become a trusted advisor to CEOs, owners, and senior leadership teams, with independence and support from our platform and analytics tools.

This is not a traditional corporate role. As a Strategic Executive Advisor, you will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, develop executive relationships, and become a trusted advisor to CEOs, owners, and senior leadership teams.

You will have the independence to build your business your way, backed by an established platform, proven methodology, and one of the most accurate behavioral analytics tools in the market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our most successful Advisors combine executive presence, business development ability, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. They are comfortable developing new relationships, navigating the C-suite, asking difficult questions, and turning data into actionable business strategy.

You will:

Build Your Business: Develop a portfolio of clients through executive networking, referrals, relationship development, and consultative business development.

Advise Executive Leaders: Work directly with CEOs, owners, presidents, and senior leadership teams on hiring, leadership, team development, organizational alignment, and growth.

Apply Behavioral Analytics: Use objective behavioral data to help leaders make better people decisions and put the right people in the right roles.

Develop Long-Term Client Relationships: Become a trusted strategic advisor who works alongside leadership teams as their organizations evolve and grow.

Own Your Success: Manage your own schedule, market, client relationships, and business development strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for accomplished professionals with a proven record of success in executive leadership, business development, consultative sales, management consulting, entrepreneurship, or enterprise B2B sales.

Successful candidates typically bring:

• 7+ years of progressive business experience
• Proven success in business development, consultative selling, or management consulting
• Experience working with CEOs, business owners, presidents, and C-suite executives
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop new business
• Experience with business strategy, organizational growth, leadership, or revenue development
• A strong professional network and the ability to create opportunities through relationships
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to build and manage an independent business

Experience as a CEO, President, COO, CRO, VP of Sales, Managing Director, Management Consultant, Business Owner, Founder, or senior business development leader may be especially relevant.

STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for experienced professionals who want independence and control over their earning potential.

Compensation: 100% performance-based with uncapped earning potential

Location: Remote

Schedule: Flexible, self-managed

Travel: Flexible and based largely on your client portfolio

There is no fixed salary ceiling. Your income is directly tied to the business you build and the clients you serve.
