Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Human Capital in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of Healthcare industry experience (payor/provider).

Responsibilities

• Complete project deliverables under leadership, gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, testing hypotheses, and building presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions; communicate findings and recommendations to client managers.
• Develop clear client viewpoints and support teams with data-driven insights.
• Support internal initiatives such as learning, development, and continuous improvement.
