Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in power marketing, origination, or procuring energy on behalf of corporate energy buyers.
• Deep and actionable network of relationships with C&I buyers in at least one target region.
• Direct transaction experience in ERCOT, PJM, or CAISO across various deal structures.
• Expert-level knowledge of offtake structuring instruments including VPPAs, hedges, tolling agreements, and emerging structures.
• Advanced understanding of U.S. utility-scale solar development, power markets, project finance, and customer segments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, sustainability, finance, or related field.
• Willing to travel up to 40% of the time in North America.

Responsibilities

• Origination and relationship management with C&I energy buyers.
• Lead cross-functional teams through contract negotiations and execution.
• Prepare investment memoranda and supporting material for senior management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify new opportunities and market solutions.
