Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement across Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and other functions. You will understand business needs, run competitive sourcing, and negotiate terms in line with company policies.

You will manage RFQs, bid analyses, and supplier onboarding, while maintaining records and driving cost savings. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related business role.
• Demonstrated capability in data mining, data analysis, and data presentation.
• Ability to organize complex data and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Experience conducting competitive bids, analyzing supplier proposals, or supporting negotiations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing for corporate functions.
• Gather requirements, scope, timing, and budget with stakeholders.
• Prepare RFQs and competitive bids.
• Compare supplier proposals and recommend the best option.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Support contract renewals and pricing/terms improvements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and required documentation.
• Resolve supplier, purchase order, invoice, and service-related issues.
• Track savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and follow approval processes.
• Assist procurement leaders on larger sourcing initiatives.
• Take on additional procurement priorities as needed.
