Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• 5 years of a demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• 3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Compliance with program scope, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-level business cases and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality of care improvements.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership, finance, operations, and actuarial teams.
• Develop quantitative impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor junior analytic staff and present executive-level findings.
