Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
Design and execute data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality of care, and performance.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
Act as trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders across leadership, network, finance, and actuarial teams.
Identify strategic gaps and propose improvements within existing programs.
Develop robust impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
Mentor junior analytics staff in problem-solving and frameworks.
Prepare executive-level presentations distilling data into strategic narratives.
