Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• 5 years of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization.
• Design data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Act as trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Identify strategic gaps and propose improvements.
• Develop quantifiable impact models and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor junior analytical staff in problem-solving and frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations distilling data into strategic narratives.
