Job summary

Graphora, an AI-native private-capital platform, seeks experienced consumer-products, retail and brand leaders to help emerging brands grow through customer access, distribution, and strategic partnerships.

You will advise on brand positioning, route-to-market and commercial execution while leveraging your buyer relationships to unlock opportunities for portfolio companies. Remote, Palm Beach-focused engagement with capacity for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience growing consumer brands through retail, e-commerce, merchandising, distribution or commercial partnerships.
• A record of contribution as a brand leader, retailer, founder, distributor, senior operator, advisor or investor.
• Practical knowledge of consumer buying behavior, retail purchasing requirements or customer acquisition.
• Relevant buyer and partner relationships, with examples of measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience in personal care, beauty, nutrition, wellness, lifestyle products or creator-led brands is particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on Graphora’s growth, market development and the opportunities within your specialty.
• Share industry insight and help evaluate companies, markets, emerging technologies and commercial opportunities.
• Support founders and company leaders with practical advice on market entry, product positioning, customer needs and execution.
• Identify and introduce relevant customer decision-makers, commercial partners, industry experts and sector-aligned capital relationships through Graphora’s agreed process.
• Participate in selected advisory discussions, founder conversations, events and regional initiatives appropriate to your expertise and agreed commitment.
