Job summary

PCS Retirement, LLC is seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to manage relationships with strategic distribution partners, including Broker/Dealers, RIAs, Platforms and TAMPs. You will develop and execute plans focused on sales growth, operational efficiency, training, and marketing needs.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product and Service teams, advocate for partners, lead initiatives, and represent PCS at industry events. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in defined contribution markets.
• Experience working with a sales quota.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of culture and strategy in National Account relationships and position PCS as a key partner.
• Drive initiatives with partners by promoting, training, and communicating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Service teams.
• Support distribution initiatives through internal prospecting, campaign development, and promotional efforts with fund partners.
• Represent PCS at partner conferences, network, and identify new advisor/plan opportunities.
• Serve as product/service expert to champion PCS and resolve issues.
• Monitor activity with key accounts and drive actions for strategic goals.
• Lead special projects to support sales distribution and retention strategies.
