Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Strategic Account Director to drive long-term growth across high-value healthcare customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, align customer goals with DeepHealth offerings, and lead executive relationships to maximize value and retention.

You will develop strategic plans, coordinate with Sales, Services and Product to pursue expansion, and manage renewals. Domestic and international travel of ~25–50% is required; remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategic Account Management or similar role in healthcare/tech/MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning customer objectives with DeepHealth growth.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities with Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product to ensure value delivery and renewal success.
• Lead business reviews and communicate account performance and strategy to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support assigned accounts.
