Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Systems Administrator - III (Backup & Storage) for a 100% remote role in the United States. The position pays $80–$85 per hour on W2.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in storage hardware platforms and enterprise backup solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with ESX/VMware, Commvault, and Cohesity, plus strong incident response, change management, and documentation skills.

Formación

• Strong understanding of storage hardware platforms (Hitachi, Dell, etc.).
• Familiarity with ESX/VMware environments.
• Expert level Commvault experience with independent issue handling and backup strategy guidance.
• Hands-on enterprise storage operations (provisioning, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning).
• Experience supporting mission-critical environments including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of change management and adherence to established processes.
• Expert level Cohesity experience.
• Capacity and performance management experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical/production support and expertise for storage related software and hardware critical infrastructure services and mission critical financial applications.
• Performs storage and backup provisioning, configuration, maintenance, resource management, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Participates in gathering support information for management.
• Developing career in field and product knowledge of industry practices.
• Maintains general storage environments under supervision and follows best practices.
