Job summary

Symetra offers a fully remote Internship Program for Summer 2027, a 12-week virtual experience designed to deliver real, meaningful work. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor program (preferably junior or senior).
• Interest in health care insurance and how employers benefit fromcoverage.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI desired; familiar with Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support real, meaningful projects in a remote internship program.
• Update data-driven content and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
