Job summary

BILL is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to own the day-to-day administration of our equity programs on Morgan Stanley EEO. You will manage the full equity lifecycle, including grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP purchases, and terminations, while ensuring SOX controls and close collaboration with Payroll, Legal, HR, and Accounting.

The role requires CEP Level 1 and 3+ years of stock administration experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of EEO reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive stock administration experience at a public company with RSU/PSU/ESPP ownership.
• Excellent Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and large data reconciliations.
• Knowledge of equity taxation, 10b5‑1 plans, and transfer agent processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity plan activity in Equity Edge Online (EEO) including RSU/PSU grants and ESPP enrollment.
• Process stock option exercises and communicate cash proceeds and tax withholding.
• Manage RSU/PSU releases, withhold-to-cover, and post-release reporting for Payroll and Accounting.
