Must-Haves

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience with significant equity compensation focus
• CPA or CEP (certified equity professional) is preferred
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 718 stock compensation rules
• Experience collaborating with c-suite

• All equity accounting processes, from daily operations to audit requirements
• Documentation and tracking of grants, vesting schedules, and exercises
• Utilization forecasting and comprehensive reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and Payroll
• Supporting financial reporting cycles and audit processes
• Creating clear, actionable equity insights for stakeholders
