Must-Haves
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with significant equity compensation focus
- CPA or CEP (certified equity professional) is preferred
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 718 stock compensation rules
- Experience collaborating with c-suite

- Documentation and tracking of grants, vesting schedules, and exercises
- Utilization forecasting and comprehensive reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and Payroll
- Supporting financial reporting cycles and audit processes
- Creating clear, actionable equity insights for stakeholders
