Job summary

The Apprentice Project (TAP) seeks a dedicated content creator to develop engaging, student-centered learning experiences aligned with curriculum guidelines. You will craft video scripts, design hands-on activities, and ensure content supports TAP Buddy integration.

Role involves collaborating with Curriculum Manager and other teams, updating curriculum with STEM trends, and producing high-quality videos for Indian educational contexts. Remote work options available with monthly site visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in BE/CS/Physics or any STEM-related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience or fellowships.
• Willingness to learn across verticals.
• STEM exposure or understanding beneficial.
• Experience with children and diverse teams adds value.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, student-centered learning experiences using video content, quizzes, assessments, and rubrics aligned with curriculum guidelines.
• Structure curriculum into easily implementable lesson plans based on pedagogy and behavior management for TAP Buddy integration.
• Research and design activities with real-life applications to foster critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Create detailed video scripts and content aligned with STEM objectives (Coding and Science).
• Ensure content is age-appropriate, interactive, and outcomes-focused; use visuals and practical examples.
• Manage audio/video editing to produce high-quality, student-centric videos.
• Collaborate with teams to implement curriculum and support TAP's educational goals.
• Mentor team members in video production and timely content delivery.
• Research, curate high-quality STEM content contextualized for TAP’s program and Indian context.
• Regularly update curriculum with latest STEM trends; analyze curriculum outputs quarterly.
